African Youths are the most touched by the challenges of poverty and unemployment because their governments do not have unemployment allowance facilities which most foreign developed countries provide
There is therefore the need for youths to face the challenges on their own by receiving skilled training or director to skilled training bodies and organisations so that they could be qualifies for Jobs and also learn how to search for Jobs. University and College Students will be highly encouraged to follow up such exposures
MiGA will encourage African Youths to take Sporting Trainings serious in their respective areas of talent. It is clearer in the 21st Century that Sports industry has employed so many and it’s a very open Job Market and opportunity sphere.
